Welcome to Pilates with Tasha! Based in Marlborough, Wiltshire, I focus on providing high-quality Pilates instruction to clients, promoting strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. I aim to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all to achieve their health and fitness goals. 

As an ex-dancer, personal trainer, Pilates mat and Reformer coach and mother, I blend my knowledge of various forms of dance, fitness training and yoga into my Pilates practice and I am here to help you enjoy life to the fullest in a body that is strong, balanced and at ease.
